1. No purchase or payment required to enter or win.
2. The entrant must be 18 years or older to be eligible to enter the draw or to win the giveaway prize.
3. The giveaway prize will be awarded to one randomly selected individual who entered during the entry period.
4. The winner will be contacted via Facebook to confirm their random selection.
5. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the winner fails to respond, within thirty (30) days, to the Facebook notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to the prize and Internet Star shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way
6. The winner will be notified typically within five (5) business days of the random selection.
7. The promotional prize will be mailed out to the winner after the winner has provided Internet Star, with a valid mailing address and proof of identity . Acceptable mailing addresses may only be within South Africa.
8. The odds of being selected as a winner depend on the number of entries received.
9. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per giveaway promotion.
10. The giveaway prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.

13. Warranties and guarantees on giveaway prizes awarded are not provided by Internet Star.
14. We reserve the right to use the winners details, images, pictures and other forms of media for marketing purposes.
15. Internet Star reserves the right to disclose winner’s name and identity.
16. Internet Star reserves the right to change or alter the closing date of the competition at its own discretion for any reason it may deem appropriate without notice to all entrants.
17. By entering the giveaway competition, each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the giveaway and the awarding of the prize.
